Q: Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
A: No. There are many hotels at a variety of price points in the area. We would like our guests to have the freedom to choose any accommodations they prefer.
Q: Are there shuttles to the venue?
A: No shuttles will be provided, but there is ample free parking.
Q: When should I arrive for the ceremony?
A: Please plan to arrive at 11:00 AM. The ceremony starts promptly at 11:30.
Q: Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
A: The ceremony and social hour will be held outdoors on the patio. The reception will be mostly held inside, but the patio will still be open to guests throughout the night
Q: Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
A: We would love for our guests to capture some memories at the wedding. If you have some great shots you want to share, upload them to our album! We only ask that you be respectful of the photography and videography crew as well as other guests.
Q: Can I post wedding photos on social media?
A: Sure!
Q: Will you be live streaming your wedding?
A: We will not be streaming any part of the wedding, but the ceremony and other events will be recorded. Check back here after the wedding to see the final edit.
Q: Can guests bring a plus one?
A: Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate guests beyond who is listed on your invitation envelope.
Q: Can guests bring kids?
A: While we love all of the children in our lives, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event.
Q: Could you suggest places to eat, drink and see while I'm in town for your wedding?
Q: Is there going to be an after-party?
A: The reception ends at 7 PM. There will not be an after-party.
Q: Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
A: Having you celebrate with us is a gift! However, if you would like to honor us with an additional gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 22 Tennyson Rd, Waltham, MA 02453. There will also be a wedding card box at the reception.
Q: Where are you registered?
A: Our full registry is hosted online at Joy. You can see what's available and indicate if you've purchased anything.
